Someone that I’ve gotten to know well over the past year has the sweetest little girl named Kennedy Grace. I love to watch Miss Kennedy grow because she is exactly 1 year and 1 day older than my little girl, Mariclaire. To watch her and imagine that in exactly 1 year and 1 day, my baby girl will be walking around, saying things just like she does really blows my mind.
One of the cutest things that I’ve learned about Kennedy is that she is obsessed with Goldfish crackers. Kennedy has graduated from the baby room and is now in the toddler room of our OneLife Kidz. This is a big deal for her because unlike the baby room, toddlers have snack time. This sweet girl loves her Goldfish so much that when her Mom and Dad pull up to the high school for our service each week she yells “GoGo! GoGo!” … a.k.a. “I know where I am! Bring on the Goldfish!” Now don’t get me wrong. We are addressing this issue. I told her Mom that she’ll need to get that in check pretty soon because maybe instead of “GoGo! GoGo!” she should be yelling “Jesus! Jesus!” but for now we’ll take “GoGo”. Only kidding.
